Kiran Bedi Leadership Learnings (KBLL)
KBLL is a collaborative initiative of two pioneering foundations established by Dr. Kiran Bedi—Navjyoti India Foundation (1988) and India Vision Foundation (1994). Rooted in decades of grassroots governance, public service, and ethical leadership, KBLL is designed to deliver hands-on, on-site, and in-person training programs that empower the next generation of changemakers.

WHO CAN JOIN AND BENEFIT?
Eligibility criteria
- Educational Qualification
- Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Age Group: 21 to 30 years
- Program Intake
- A Total of 10 trainees spread across five project sites every 6 months.
- Essential Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in IT tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A demonstrated willingness to learn, serve, and grow.
- Selection Process:
- Interview-based, assessing aptitude, motivation, and alignment with KBLL values

Certification Criteria
- Consistent participation and punctuality.
- Submission of a Community Impact Report.
- Active engagement in expert sessions and dialogues
- Completion of a reflective journal with key learnings.
- Constructive feedback from peers and mentors
What Will Trainees Receive?
- A Certificate of Leadership, personally signed by Dr. Kiran Bedi and members of the KBLL Board
- Induction into the growing community of Kiran Bedi Fellows (KBF)—a network of ethical, service-driven changemakers committed to leading with purpose and impact
The Boards of Trustees of Navjyoti India Foundation and India Vision Foundation will provide strategic oversight and governance for the KBLL initiative.

- KBLL training is offered at no cost to participants.
- However, trainees are responsible for managing their own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses, either through self-funding or support from a sponsoring organization.
