    The Tihar Jail will soon have a study
center of the Indira Gandhi National Open University for the participation of its inmates in the highest education programmes of the university.
    This was announced today by the Lieutenant Governor, Mr P.K. Dave, while inaugurating two new wards at the jail complex . The wards meant for adolescents will house about 350 inmates
